Adult Swim Lessons (S) (Y)

Available to everyone ages 18+ and are designed to meet the individual needs of each participant. Beginners will learn to enjoy the water, work on fundamental strokes and lap swimming skills. Advanced swimmers will focus on increasing endurance and improving stroke technique.

Master’s Swim Program (Y)

Competitive style program for ages 18 & up. Coach is on deck during developing practices for a variety of swimming levels to assist participants in meeting their fitness goals. Coach is available for technical stroke advice and motivation.

Competitive Private Swim Lessons (S)

Need stroke refinement or endurance work? Our Competitive Private Swim Lessons help swimmers focus on their personal goals. These one-on-one swim lessons are great whether you are a lap swimmer or training for a triathlon. 

Lap Swimming (D) (S) (Y)

Lap swimming is open to anyone having the ability to do continuous, multiple laps of swimming. Children 11 and under must be supervised by an adult in the pool area at all times. Lap lanes may be added or decreased depending on the pool schedule and space available.

Water Walking (D) (S)

A low-impact activity that uses the natural resistance of the water to strengthen core musculature, increase balance, coordination and flexibility. No instructor.

Open Swim (D) (S) (Y)

A great time to work out independently or have family time to play together in the pool. Children under six must be accompanied into the water by an adult and children under 11 must have adult (18 or older) supervision.

Water Aerobics (D)

Swimming skills are recommended, but not required in this program. This is an instructor led program.

Aqua Boot Camp (S)

A new twist on Boot Camp! A perfect class for those seeking a challenging and intense water workout that mixes dry-land training with water exercises and laps. No previous experience required and you do not need to be a strong swimmer to reap the benefits of AQUA BOOT CAMP!

Aqua Zumba (S)

Jump into the Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow, calorie-burning, dance fitness-party that makes working out a SPLASH! Known as the Zumba "pool party," Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.

Deep Water Stretch (S)

This class is for members seeking to improve or enhance flexibility, strength, endurance, balance and range of motion. Swimming skills are not required, although comfort in the deep water is a must!

Deep Water Workout (S)

This advanced class provides an overall workout using all muscle groups. This balanced workout includes warm-up, aerobic training, and cool down. Class includes stretching, muscle toning, and a cardiovascular workout done in the deep water with the use of provided water fitness equipment. Swimming skills are not required, although comfort in the deep water is a must!

Noodle Workout (S)

This class turns one of the most popular water toys ever invented into an effective and fun piece of water exercise equipment. The Noodle provides added resistance for unique and effective strengthening and toning for the upper and lower body. This class improves core strength, balance, range of motion and muscle strengthening.

Aqua Combo (S)

This class is designed to be a challenge at any fitness level. Class is held in both the deep and shallow water and uses a variety of equipment. This energizing workout uses interval training and specific exercises to tone and strengthen by using the weight of the water and aquatic equipment.

Arthritis Aquatic Program (S) (Y)

Approved by the Arthritis Foundation. This class is a water exercise program designed for people with arthritis and related conditions. This class consists of water walking and slow, gentle movements specially designed for arthritis, working on range of motion and muscle strengthening. All of the exercises are designed to be within the capabilities of the majority of people with arthritis.

SilverSneakers SilverSplash® (S) (Y)

SilverSplash is a universal class designed to increase cardiovascular endurance, agility, strength and balance in an aqua environment. This class was developed by the popular Silver Sneakers Program and combines benefits of an aerobic and a no-impact workout. Special kick board used to develop strength, balance and coordination. No swimming ability needed. Taught by SilverSneakers Splash certified teachers.

Hydro-Slimnastics Exercise (Y)

The water's natural resistance helps improve muscle tone and prevent damage to joints.

Senior Swim and Exercise (Y)

For individuals ages 50 & up. This class combines 40 minutes of exercise & 15 minutes of swimming in a warm pool with depth of 4 1/2 feet.

H2O Fitness (Y)

Great for all fitness levels. A vigorous interval workout in shallow water that targets all muscle groups. Expect improvements in strength, endurance and flexibility.

Deep Water Exercise (Y)

Get a great water workout with no stress on the joints. An instructor led class utilizing flotation belts and water bells to enhance your time in the pool. Good opportunity for rehabbing injuries to lower extremities.
