April 1 – April 26, 2020 – $30 – shirts available as supplies permit
April 27 – May 2, 2020 – $35 – shirts available as supplies permit
$10 – participants aged 13 years and under – Shirt is guaranteed for registrations submitted by March 31.
Furry Scurry Registration:
$5 – participants aged 3 to 12 years – no shirt.

Onsite registration is available at all YMCA of York and York County branches September 1 – May 1.
Week of registration is available at the Bob Hoffman Dover Branch during packet pickup.
Race day registration is available at John Rudy County Park on Saturday, May 2, 7:00 – 8:30 a.m. only.
PACKET PICK UP
Thursday April 30 (5:00 – 8:00 p.m.) and Friday, May 1 (12:00 – 7 p.m.) York Branch YMCA, Loucks Conference Room. Parking is available in the YMCA lot located off Clarke Avenue, adjacent to the Y building. Please enter the building through the back entrance from the parking lot. Race day pick up is available at John Rudy Park between 7:00 – 8:30 a.m.
The race pathway is the grass 5k route at John Rudy County Park. This course is jogging-stroller-friendly. A detailed race map will be posted in the near future. In the meantime, check out the route from the County Parks website: John Rudy County Park Map
DIRECTIONS TO THE COURSE
The race takes place in John Rudy County Park, 400 Mundis Race Road, York, PA 17406. Click here to map your directions.
Water stations for furry-friends and humans are located near the race start and finish. Two additional stations are located on the trail near miles 1 and 2.
Overall (male and female) top three finishers with dogs. Overall (male and female) top three finishers without dog.
Winner and Runner Up awards in the following categories: Best Couple, Most Colorful, Biggest Pet, Smallest Pet, Animal Replication and Sports/Fitness Fan.
This youth run is open to children ages 3 to 12 years. Every participant will receive a finisher medal. Age and distance categories include:
- Kiddos ages 3-5 years – .25 miles
- Kiddos ages 6-8 years – .5 miles
- Kiddos ages 9-12 years – .5 miles
All pets must be licensed and current with immunizations. Proof of rabies vaccination is required at packet pick-up. All pets must be leashed and controlled by their human running companion. Leash length may not exceed 6 feet.
