Mind is a 30 minute yoga and pilates fusion class. Improve core muscles, lower body strength and balance while relaxing the mind and body. Offered at Dover, Eastern, Southern and York branches.Register
BOOM™ MOVE IT
MOVE IT, a 30 minute dance workout class, is all about breaking a sweat and having fun. Develop cardio endurance by starting with simple dance moves and building into more complex sequences. Offered at Dover, Eastern, Southern and York branches.Register
Muscle, a 30 minute class, incorporates athletic-based exercises that improve upper body conditioning. The class format includes several “blocks,” which are groups of exercises that focus on different muscle groups. Offered at Dover, Easter, Southern and York branches.Register
Ages 5 - 16
Camp Spirit is located on 14 acres of outdoor space. Campers participate in a wide variety of programming that includes swimming, archery, indoor gaga pit, amphitheater and an arts & crafts center. Campers enjoy the summer with sports, games, a rock climbing wall, lodges and more. Many activities are related to theme days. Each Friday, campers travel to a local park & to the Graham Aquatic Center for outdoor activities!

Active Older Adults
This evidence-based low-impact aerobic and strength group exercise program helps older adults of all fitness levels become more active, energized and empowered to sustain independent lives. Offered at Dover, Eastern, Southern and York branches.
This 30 minute interval training class will push you past your limits with athletic/plyometric drills mixed with intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training. Offered at the Eastern Branch.Register
Leaders in Training – Camp Spirit
The Leaders In Training program is for children ages 14-16 years old. The LITs will embark on their leadership journey with the campers and staff of Camp Spirit. Each LIT will have a chance to lead in each program area with the 5-9 age groups. LITs will never be left alone with campers and will not be responsible for them, but they will be asked and expected to lead by example.

Spirit, Mind and Body

Yoga Vinyasa Flow
Spirit, Mind and Body
